حذف الحساب

من التطبيق

  1. افتح تطبيق جاهز واختر «حسابي».
  2. اضغط على بطاقتك لتفتح «معلومات الحساب».
  3. اضغط «حذف الحساب» في آخر الصفحة وأكّد.

من دون التطبيق

أرسل لنا طلب الحذف من رقمك المسجّل على واتساب، وسنؤكد لك حين يتم.

احذف حسابي عبر واتساب

ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى

يُحذف اسمك، وعناوينك المحفوظة، وإعدادات الإشعارات ورمزها، وتسجيل الدخول. ويبقى رقمك، وطلباتك السابقة ومحادثاتها، والعروض التي استخدمتها.

يُحذف الحساب بعد 30 يومًا من الطلب، ويُلغى الحذف إن سجّلت الدخول خلالها. لا يمكن الحذف وطلبك في الطريق.

Delete account

In the app

  1. Open the Jaheez app and go to «حسابي» (Account).
  2. Tap your card to open Account info.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Without the app

Send the request on WhatsApp from the number on your account; we’ll confirm when it’s done.

What’s deleted and what’s kept

We delete your name, your saved places, your notification settings and token, and your sign-in. We keep your number, past orders and their chats, and the offers you used.

The account is deleted 30 days after the request; signing in during that time cancels it. It can’t be deleted while an order is on its way.
